Trainer Mr. Aditya K was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge COORG GENERAL (Saqlain S) to run in the above race without showing it in a Mock Race, when he was specifically advised to do so. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn.

Trainer Mr. Eshwer M was fined Rs.10,000/- for having accepted his charge UDUKAI (Ramandeep S Bal) to run in the above race without showing it in a Gate Jump Out, when he was specifically advised to do so. Subsequently it was permitted to be withdrawn.

PIEDMONTESE (Ram Nandan Manjhi) was reported to have apparently lost its right fore shoe on the way to the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.

MAXIMILIANO (Angad) after jumping out refused to raise a fluent gallop and took no practical part in the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. In view of its behavior, Trainer Mr. Ramesh S was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of FESTIVE STAR was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing THE ANGEL POWER (Afsar Khan) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Ahsan Qureshi, the rider of MEADOW FLOWER was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting in and causing interference to THE ANGEL POWER (Afsar Khan) on his inside approaching the 900 Metres.

Jockey Chethan Gowda, the rider of FESTIVE STAR was fined Rs.3,000/- for easing up his mount in the closing stages of the race. He was cautioned that a repetition of a similar manner of riding in future would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
