HIGH REWARD (App. Ekram Alam) stumbled soon after the start for no apparent reason.

DYANOOSH (App. Kuldeep Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Explanation of Jockey S. Sqlain (ADBHUT) that his instructions were not to get into the horse soon after the start as the gelding gets keen and to settle at the rear end which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer L D Silva while confirming the above added that the gelding has run to its potential was noted for future reference.

Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (JURAMENTO) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his mount held the bit and try to run out in the initial stages of the race was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in future.

Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (HIGH REWARD) that his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
