Racing Incidents

Tr. B Rajender Reddy was reprimanded for the late arrival of his charge VENENO to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.

The left fore shoe of SPACECRAFT came off during loading operations. As there was insufficient time to re- shoe the gelding, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the race before coming under Starter’s orders.

WHISTLE BLOWER and TIGER SHARK were slow to begin.

MACCHIATO was under severe respiratory distress on way to the unsaddling enclosure, was given immediate veterinary assistance and the colt is under observation.

The Veterinary Officer reported that GHOST returned lame on left fore. Tr. B Mahesh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
