Racing Incidents
CHETAK was difficult to load. SPACECRAFT and REAGAN were slow to begin. ELITE which was difficult to load, was slow to begin. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial. ELITE and CHETAK finished the race detached from the field. Trs. Shyam S Habbu and Rutherford Alford were advised not to accept with their respective charges until they were capable of a better performance. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine dk b f ELITE and submit his report. Post race endoscopy revealed that the filly suffered from EIPH (Grade I).
