Jockey N B Kuldeep (BEAUTY BLAZE) was fined Rs,. 3000/- for shifting in at about the 1000 mtrs in the process causing interference to MISS LITTLE ANGEL (App. Ajay Kumar).
 
Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (MISS LITTLE ANGEL) that his mount was keen and in trying to settle, his mount shifted out at about the 800 mtrs and forced out CITY OF BLESSING (Santosh Raj N R ) and STUNNING FORCE (Kuldeep Singh (Sr)) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the App. was fined Rs. 1000/- for failing to exercise greater control over his mount.
 
Explanation of Jockey A Imran Khan (ASHOKA) in the presence of Trainer D Netto that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that the long layoff after running in Race No. 131(monsoon season) and also the top weight in the saddle might have affected the performance of his charge was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the colt was trotting sound but had a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer D Netto was fined Rs. 2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
 
Explanation of Trainer N. Rawal with regard to the improved performance of his charge BEAUTY BLAZE (Kuldeep N B) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous race that in the previous race, his charge had run in a higher category i.e cat I with a tougher bunch as compared to the present race where his charge was running in a lower category i.e cat II and the set being weaker, the change of equipment, the interim gap of 3 weeks from the previous run has been to his charges advantage and just manages to win a race, was not accepted and the trainer has been fined a sum  of Rs.5000/- for the inconsistent running of his charge.
 
Examination of BRIAR RIDGE ( P. Sai Kumar) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
