Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (JUNGLE GIRL) in the presence of Trainer Laxman Singh that his mount was crowded for room soon after the start because of which the filly got shied and veered out catching him unaware resulting in, he got unbalance on his mount and got dislodged. As this confirmed our observation and incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken. SSC revoked. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt.
 
Explanation of Jockey Md. Ismail (FLYING FURY) that his mount veered out in the final stages of the race more so under pressure inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3,000/- for making no efforts in preventing his mount from shifting out in the final stages of the race in the process bumping DIVINE PROPHECY (P. Sai Kumar).
 
Veterinary examination of FLYING FURY (Md. Ismail) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K. Robin Reddy was fined Rs.3000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge in a race.
 
Jockey Nakhat Singh (GET LUCKY) and R S Jodha (ROYAL PARADE) were severely cautioned to be more vigorous in their efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
