Racing Incidents

At the request of Jockey P. S. Chouhan, PICASSO was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at the starting gates and was found to be sore by left fore, as such, the colt was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
 
PYRITE (S. Zervan, dr.9) was reluctant to stall. Trainer S. Waheed has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race.
 
After the race, Jockey Bhawani Singh (EQUILATERAL) reported that his mount was running green in the straight.
 
After the race, Jockey S. Zervan (PYRITE) reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight. This being the filly’s first run, no action has been initiated.
 
After the race, PYRITE was trotted and found to be sound.
