HONOURABLE LADY (Deepak Singh) was observed to be trotting lame on left fore due to painful lateral splint, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
 
CHICA BONITA (App. Ajay Kumar) was examined at the starting gates and was observed to have sustained bruised injuries over right hind, as such the mare has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
 
WANDRING WARRIOR (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) planted and lost about distance, SSC revoked.
 
CODE BLUE (Abhay Singh) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Jockey R S Jodha (EXPONENT) was fined Rs.10,000/- for excessive and improper use of whip in the process maintained erratic course in the straight (2nd offense).
 
Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the improved performance of his charge CODE BLUE (Abhay Singh) winner of the race, who finished off the board in the previous run that his charge had a gate problem and tries to whip around soon after the start, as such he has given a long gap of nearly 2 1/2 months after running in Race No. 21 and thereafter ran in Race No. 165 where the mare ran green as compare to the present race where the mare was drawn (1) and had the advantage of railing support might have to his charges advantage and Jockey could able to hit the front and maintained straight course and set his own pace and went on to win the race.  The Trainer added that he was surprised with the performance of his charge and has no explanation to offer.  The Trainer further added that he has not fancied and the mare was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs.10,000/- for the inconsistent running of his charge within a short span of time.
