EMRYS planted losing 6 - 7 lengths at the start and thereafter trailed the field. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.

Jockey Mohit Singh (STUNNING FORCE) was reprimanded for coming in soon after jump out. Further, the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for excessive use of the whip (2nd infringement). Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge CLEVER HANS as compared to its previous outing in Race No. 157 held on 27th March, 2024 stated that :-

a) After its previous two runs, I used a Rubber D Bit on CLEVER HANS which helped it to take a level jump and I also gave it a mock race as advised by the Stipendiary Steward.

b) In the previous occasions it was running in 1200 metres & 1400 metres and struggling in the initial stages of the race. As such this time I accepted it in a non winner 1600 metres race with a weaker set.

c) The presence of Jockey A Sandesh in the saddle helped his charge to win the race.
