DISRUPTOR (Darshan R.N) on the way to weighing scale sustained bleeding cut injury on right hind pastern and superficial injury on both knees. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Imtiaz Khan was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

KLIMT (D. Patel) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Imtiaz Khan was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of MILLBROOK in the above race. In that he shifted 'in' and caused interference to GOLD RIDE (S.J. Moulin), which in turn passed it onto GOLDEN PEAKS (A. Sandesh) and BHARAT (D'nuSingh Deora) approaching 1300 Metres and for his carelessness in not wearing the goggles during the race.

Jockey Salman Khan was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Salman Khan and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Salman Khan for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Salman Khan for four (4) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 26/7/2024, 27/7/2024, 2/8/2024 & 3/8/2024, as had he pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount MILLBROOK (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
