SEKHMET (S. Hussain) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.

Jockey S.K.Paswan, the rider of EXTRAORDINARY was fined Rs.2,000/- for not wearing the goggles during the race.

(A)
An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the manner of riding by Jockey S. Hussain, the rider of SEKHMET in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates, especially under the use of whip, wherein he allowed his mount to collided with the false rails before passing the red marker post.

Jockey S. Hussain was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey S. Hussain and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey S. Hussain for Incompetent Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to S. Hussain for two (2) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 8/8/2024 & 9/8/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Incompetent Riding on his mount SEKHMET (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Rayan Ahmed. R, the rider of OWN LEGACY in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control on his mount, whereby he shifted 'in' and tightened AHERNE (A. Sandesh) who had to steady his mount and shift ‘in’, causing severe interference to ARDAKAN (Arvind Kumar. N) totally unbalancing Jockey Arvind Kumar. N (ARDAKAN) along the rails approaching 1000 Metres.

Jockey Rayan Ahmed. R was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Rayan Ahmed. R and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Rayan Ahmed. R for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Rayan Ahmed. R for two (2) race days of Bangalore Summer Meeting 2024 i.e., 8/8/2024 & 9/8/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount 

OWN LEGACY (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

OWN LEGACY (Rayan Ahmed R.) was subjected to veterinary examination. on examination it was found to have bit sore on left oral commissure.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m KALLU SAKKARE.
