Racing Incidents
XAILY (J Chinoy) started to drift out after entering the Straight and despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it on a straight course, further drifted out alarmingly, thereby finishing the race on the edge of the Outer Sand Track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde (deputising on behalf of Trainer Mr. Sulaiman Attaollahi) was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. 6th Race: 27. The Takshashila Plate – Div. I (About) 1200 Metres. For Horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over (9 Runners) : Due to heavy rains immediately after the completion of the 5th Race rendering the Race Track not conducive for racing, the Stewards decided to cancel the 6th Race and the 7th Race of the Day.
