Racing Incidents

Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (CROWN WITNESS) that his mount jumped out slowly as such he could not position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race was noted. However, the App. was cautioned to be more careful in future.

Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (COSMICO) in the presence of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter he did his best in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned for dropping back in the initial stages of the race whilst traveling with front runners for no apparent reason.

INDIAN TEMPLE (Surya Prakash) did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the though the mare was trotting sound but had sharp molars on both sides. Trainer S. Sreekant was fined a sum of Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

IMPERIA (Deepak Singh) winner of the race is sampled.
