Consequent to App. Shivansh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted App. Ajay Kumar to be substituted on PANCHO.

Explanation of Jockey Abhay Singh (ANTIDOTE) that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter he was interfered when he was making his move from inside of N R I DEERA (BR Kumar) at about the 300 mtrs because of which he was forced to change course and made his move from outside and thereafter he did his best was noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but had a sharp molars on both sides. Trainer N Ravinder Singh was fined Rs.2000/- for failing to take greater care in presenting of his charge for a race.

Jockey B R Kumar (N R I DEERA) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race. Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race. The Jockey was however, fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in at about the 300 mtrs in the process causing interference to ANTIDOTE (Abhay Singh).
