On the morning of 6th August, 2024 ch m RHAPSODY IN GREEN, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be suffering from painful ventral abdominal swelling. Under the circumstances the mare was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

ALGOZE was extremely difficult to load. Tr. Shyam S Habbu was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

Jockey Arul J H (SICILY) reported that his mount fly jumped out from the gates losing over a distance but for which he would have finished much closer in the race. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial.

STAGE OF STARS dropped back from about the 700 metres of the race and finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was once again advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
