The Sr. V.O. reported that MOMENT OF MADNESS did not complete the recommended withdrawal period for DMSO. As such, the mare was struck out at the acceptance stage and Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been fined Rs.5,000/- for the lapse.
 
The Sr. V.O. reported that COMANECI did not complete the recommended withdrawal period for Tetanus Toxoid Injection. As such, the mare was not permitted to run and Trainer Subhag Singh has been fined Rs.5,000/- for the lapse.
