Explanation of Jockey Rafique Sk (LUCKY FIERO) that his mount ducked in soon after the start in the process causing inconvenience to SKYWARD (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the jockey was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in and causing inconvenience to SKYWARD (Kuldeep Singh (Sr).

Jockey Santosh Raj N R (NEWFOUND GLORY) was fined Rs. 5000/- for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage in the final stages of the race.

Explanation of Jockey G. Naresh (EXCLUSIVE BLACK) in the presence of Trainer K. Robin Reddy that his instructions were to sit 5th/6th and not so show day light which he could not follow as his mount was keen and due to slow initial pace he could not settle his mount and found himself in front at about the 700 mtrs inspite of his best efforts and in the straight he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was cautioned to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions.  Subsequent Veterinary Examination revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. The Trainer was fined Rs. 2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (GENIE) that his mount was tending to run out in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for excessive and improper use of whip in the process causing inconvenience to SARGENT ( Mukesh Kumar) and SKYWARD (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) racing on his outside.  

Veterinary examination of SARGENT (Mukesh Kumar) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

GENIE (R S Jodha) winner of the race is sampled.
