Racing Incidents

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (LUCKY ZONE) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 350 mtrs in the process taking the ground of N R I SUPERPOWER (Abhay Singh).

An objection lodged by Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (LUCKY ZONE) placed 2nd by the Judge against App. Jockey K G Likith Appu (MAVERICK) , that " from about the 200 mtrs when I was getting into my mount, the winner kept on pushing me out until winning post and the winner failed to maintain a straight course due to which I had not ridden out my mount to complete advantage in the final 50 mtrs, that cost me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placing remains unchanged.

However, App. K G Likith Appu was fined a sum of Rs. 5000/- for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of race in the process forcing out LUCKY ZONE (A. Ashhad Asbar).
