Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey Antony Raj S (ANZIO) that his instructions are as his mount is sluggish in the initial stages of the race, he was instructed to get into his mount soon after the start to position well up with the field but in doing so, he found himself in front until entering into straight and when asked for an effort, his mount shortened the strides in the final 300mtrs and dropped back.  Trainer A. Imram Khan while confirming the above added that his mount is sluggish in the initial stages of the race every time as such he instructed to get into it soon after the start was noted for future reference.  The Jockey was however, cautioned to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions.

An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of D MINCHU, trained by G. Sandeep and ridden by App. Ajay Kumar .
