Explanation of Jockey Yash Narredu (AUSTRALIA) that his mount ducked in soon after the start catching him unaware in the process crowded the runners drawn on his inside resulting in causing interference to RIVAL (Santosh Ran N R) inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined d Rs. 5000/- for shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to RIVAL (Santosh Raj N R).

Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (NUCLEUS) in the presence of Trainer Jasbir Singh that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th, but due to interference received soon after the start he could not follow the instructions and in the straight as he was denied clear opening at about the 400 mtrs he was forced to shift out to make his move and when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that he too was  baffled with the way of running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted. The Trainer was however informed that any reversal of form of his charge in future, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Explanation of Trainer Laxman Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge AUSTRALIA (Yash Narredu) winner of this race, who finished unplaced in the previous races that his charge in the previous races ran in longer distance with Apprentice Jockey in the saddle as compared to the present race which being 1200 mtrs and a better Jockey in the saddle and also 200 mtrs less to travel was added to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race. The Trainer added that his charge had run a better race in race No. 14 which is shorter trip as such he had opted to run in this race.  The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge based on the previous runs and was available at longer odds was not accepted and the Trainer was fined Rs.5,000/- for reversal of the form of his charge in a short span of time.

Veterinary examination of NUCLEUS (Mohit Singh) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs. 2000/- for negligence in discharging is duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
