ANGELITA (M Mark) was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to back sprain, as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.

Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DICTATOR) in the presence of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju that his instructions were to sit close with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter he was denied a clear run at about the 450 mtrs and when asked for an effort his mount shortened the strides and dropped back inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge after the race during the last season had a set back as such given a long break, was also treated for stress fracture during the off season and in this season gave a Mock race before accepting in this race. The Trainer further added that he too was baffled with the performance of his charge and had no plausible explanation to offer to his charges dismal performance was noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination of gelding revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound, but has sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Trainer and Jockey were informed that an enquiry has been opened into dismal performance of DICTATOR in the race.

Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (GLORIOUS POWER) that his mount ran erratic for greater part of the race was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to AMYRA (App. Shivansh) and shifting out at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing interference to DICTATOR (Akshay Kumar).

Jockey Santosh Raj N R (KINGS BEST) was severely reprimanded in the presence of Trainer A. Imran Khan for travelling wide until entering the straight for no apparent reason.
