Racing Incidents

SMASH SHOT arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar had been warned earlier for late arrival of his charges, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/-.

BLACK COFFEE and ZUCARDI were difficult to load.

RIMEL was slow to begin.

CELTIC HARLEQUIN which was fractious in its stall, jumped awkwardly from the gates.

IVANHOE which was fractious to be stalled, was slow to begin.

Jockey R Vaibhav (ZUCARDI) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).

The Veterinary Officer reported that :-

a) RIMEL returned bleeding from its nostrils. Tr. B Mahesh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

b) CELTIC HARLEQUIN returned with mouth injury.

On the morning of 11th September, 2024 ch c SMASH SHOT was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
