SAGITTARII and BORN TO BE SPOILT were slow to begin.

I SMELL THE DANGER (Arman Khan) dropped back from about the 400 metres of the race and was completely eased up by its rider. On questioning Jockey Arman Khan stated that his mount had nothing left “in the tank” and was not striding out and as such he eased it up. On veterinary examination the gelding was found to be trotting sound. Tr. Sabeel Shariff has been advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race and further to give his charge adequate time before accepting to run in races.

An enquiry has been opened into the improved performance of dk b f NORWEGIAN WOOD, trained by Mr. Bharath Singh and ridden by Jockey Antony Raj S as compared to its previous run in Race No.18, "The Elistano Handicap", held on 13th August, 2024 where the filly finished unplaced.
