Jockey Akshay Kumar (CLASSICAL MUSIC) was fined Rs. 2000/- for shifting in soon after the start and causing interference to BANGOR ON DEE ( App. Shivansh) racing on his inside.

Explanation of App. Shivansh (BANGOR ON DEE) that his mount was denied a clear run soon after the start due to crowding of the field and thereafter his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his efforts, was noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (NUCLEUS) this his instructions were to sit 3rd or 4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted.

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (SOPRANOS) that his instructions were to sit 5th/6th which he was tried to follow until entering the straight and when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer A. Imran Khan while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the way of running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to his charges dismal performance was noted.   Subsequent Veterinary examination of SOPRANOS revealed that though gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer A. Imran Khan was fined Rs. 2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Veterinary examination of NUCLEUS (Mohit Singh) revealed that though gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides.  Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
