Racing Incidents

SUNNY ISLES (L.Alex Rozario) was fractious at the stalls and was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starter's order.

UGLY TRUTH (C Umesh) walked out of the gates. The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that the gelding burst its blood vessel(EIPH) during the race. Trainer Suraj Prasad Shaw was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

Jockey Bharat Mal, the rider of LORD OF THE TURF was reprimanded for not exercising sufficient control at the start by coming and crowding in the field on his inside.

Jockey P.Vikram, the rider of ACANTHA was cautioned to be more careful at the start.

Jockey P.S.Kaviraj, the rider of SANTAMARINA STAR was warned severely to exercise proper control on his mount where he lost rein control at the last 300 metres.

The Club's Veterinary Officer reported after the race that no abnormalities were found in HAPPINESS (Shah Alam).
