Racing Incidents

Jockey Santosh Raj N R (ALEXINA) (drawn 10) was severely cautioned for shifting in the initial stages of the race when not sufficiently clear of the runners racing on his inside.
 
Jockey Md. Ekram Alam (CANDY GIRL) (drawn 14) was fined Rs.2000/- for cutting across the field soon after the start crowding the runners.
 
Explanation of Jockey B Nikhil (STRAUSS) that he was tightened for room soon after the start and thereafter in trying to settle his mount he shifted in and tightened the runners drawn on his inside was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5000/- for shifting in soon after the start and crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in interference to SHADOW OF THE MOON (S.Saqlain) and HUNTINGDON (AkshayKumar) racing on the rails.
 
Jockey R S Jodha (AKIDO) was fined Rs. 5000/- for excessive and improper of use of whip.
 
AKIDO (R S Jodha) winner of the race is sampled.
