Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bobby M to withdraw ASTROLOGER from the above race on veterinary grounds as it was suffering from capped elbow on left fore; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Prabhu Kumar M the rider of NISHK was fined Rs.5,000/- for riding an indifferent Race, in that, for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount after entering the straight.

It was observed that D ROMANCE (M Rajesh Kumar) drifted out under pressure and took out PETTE’S CHOICE (M Prabhakaran)and as such, the latter horse shifted out and inconvenienced THE REPLICA POWER (S Imran), on its outside, in the closing stages of the Race.

Jockey P Kiran Rai the rider of BRILLIANT LIGHT was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back in the closing stages of the race.

It was reported after the Race that D ROMANCE (M Rajesh Kumar) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey A R Pradeep and Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K were questioned regarding running and riding of EMERALDO.  Jockey A R Pradeep stated as follows; a) The horse walked out of the Gates and lost some grounds; b) Thereafter, he kept pushing the horse but it his mount took some time to come into its strides and gradually improved its position; c) After entering the straight the horse did not respond to its urgings, despite his all out efforts.  The Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah, while corroborating with the statements of the rider, also added that the horse, being a 6-year-old, has not lived up to his expectations of this gelding, which is still a maiden. Their explanation was noted.
