Racing Incidents

TOSCANA (N. B. Kuldeep, dr.2) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer P. S. Chouhan has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

MOONLIGHT KISS (K. Nazil, dr.7) lost about three lengths at the start. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Soon after the start TOSCANA (N.B.Kuldeep) leaned outwards on to FLOYD (T.S.Jodha) who in turn shifted out and carried SENTINEL (Bhawani Singh) outwards resulting in bumping and unbalancing ANANYA(App. S.Siddharth),  due to this incident FLOYD and SENTINEL were tightened for room and had to be checked. Jockey N.B.Kuldeep has been fined Rs 3000/- .

After the race, Jockey A. Prakash (ARIYANA STAR) reported that approaching the 400 metres his mount was hanging out despite his efforts and finished the race on the outer portion of the track resulting in carrying FLOYD (T. S. Jodha) outwards at the 350 metres. Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

After the race, ARIYANA STAR, FLOYD & MIRAE were trotted and found to be sound.

The Equine Hospital reported that ANANYA had a left eye injury.
