Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of GILDED BUTTERFLY complained of giddiness behind the Starting Gates and hence he was certified medically unfit to ride. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race, before coming under the Starter’s Orders.

NATURAL HUNTER (Shyam Kumar) planted and took no part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik was informed not to accept with it again, until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in ONE MOCK RACE on a Race Day, on the Race Track.

Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of TWILIGHT FAME was fined Rs.5,000/-for not making sufficient effort to improve his position, right from the Start till rounding the bend and entering the Straight and thereafter, for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount, in the closing stages of the Race.
