Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale to withdraw SEA GOD (V R Jagdeesh) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey Vinod Shinde, the rider of RIVER OF GOLD was fined Rs.5,000/- coming `in’ sharply and causing interference to QUEEN OF COMEBAKS (Abhishek Mhatre), on his inside, passing the Red Marker Post.

Jockey A Ramu, the rider of CELERIO was fined Rs.2,000/- for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of MICHELLE PRIDE reported that his mount was not galloping fluently. The horse was impounded for Veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge, in future.

It was reported after the Race that examination of the mouth of the horse, CELERIO (A Ramu) revealed no abnormality; However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
 
It was reported after the Race that WIN FOR ME (Anil Baandal) pulled up lame on right hind. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate, from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
