Explanation of Jockey G Vivek (RUNLIKETHEWIND) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight, his mount did not show any turn of foot and dropped back inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (MARK MY DAY) That his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight, his mount did not show any turn of foot and dropped back inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer K. Satheesh was cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (RED SNAPER) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer L D Silva was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Veterinary examination of NUCLEUS (Mohit Singh) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Jasbir Singh was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
