Racing Incidents

Jockey Muzammil Hashmi was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to fulfil his riding engagement for the day. Tr. Rutherford Alford was permitted to substitute Jockey R Shelar to ride his charge MULTISTARRER.

XTRAVAGANT STAR was very difficult to load. Tr. Rutherford Alford was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

CRISTALDO, ROYAL RIDER, MULTISTARRER and TRES BIEN missed the jump.

Jockey Arman Khan (ROYAL RIDER) reported that he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage as the gelding was tending to hang out for the most part of the race, was noted. The Veterinary Officer reported that the gelding returned with a left hock injury.

MULTISTARRER trailed the field till well into the straight and was observed to finish on in the final stages of the race.
