Jockey Afsar, the rider of CHIRAAG was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming 'in' and causing interference to SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) on his inside passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MASTER VICTORY was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount in the final 150 Metres.

It was reported after the race that AMAZING LUCK (Pavan) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr.M. Rajendra Singh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

CHIRAAG (Afsar) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on endoscopy Grade - III) and also bit sore on both oral commissures. Trainer Mr. Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
 
An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Steward into the interference caused by Jockey Pavan, the rider of AMAZING LUCK in the above race. In that he did not exercise sufficient control over his mount and shifted 'in' and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; QUICK WITTED (S. Sachin), PERFECT HALO (Rajesh Kumar M) and SACRED CREATOR (Faiz) before passing the red marker post.

Jockey Pavan was interviewed by the Stipendiary Steward. The Stipendiary Steward after considering the submissions made by Jockey Pavan and after viewing the CCTV replay decided to charge Jockey Pavan for Careless Riding.

The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Pavan for three (3) race days of Bangalore Winter Meeting 2024-25 i.e., 23/11/2024, 29/11/2024 & 30/11/2024 as he had pleaded guilty to the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Careless Riding on his mount AMAZING LUCK (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of CHIRAAG, trained by Mr. Faraz Arshad and ridden by Jockey Afsar in the above race.

Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah informed the Stipendiary Stewards before the race that he had instructed Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MASTER VICTORY to ride from off the pace (which was noted).

MASTER VICTORY (L. Alex Rozario) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

Surprise sample was taken for analysis from dk b g CHIRAAG.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner dk b g SPRINGSTEEN.
