Explanation of Trainer Magan Singh Parmar with regard to the improved performance of his charge TRIPURARI (Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race who finished off board in all the previous races that his charge in the previous race, ran in 7 furlong where the App. could not handle his charge properly as compared to the present race which being 5 1/2 furlong, the 300 mtrs less to travel, set being weaker and also a better handling by Jockey Mukesh Kumar was to his charges advantage and just managed to win the race was not accepted and the Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was fined Rs.10,000/- for the improved performance of his charge within a short span of time.
 
Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (BLISSFUL) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close 2nd, which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter he was denied a clear run in the final 400 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for indifferent handling of his mount in the final 400 mtrs.
