Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (MAVERICK) reported that his mount was hanging in in the straight more so under pressure in the process shifted in on to REIGNING BEAUTY (Md. Ekram Alam) who in turn shifted in forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rail was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3000/- for shifting in the final 100 mtrs in the process forcing in JURAMENTO (B R Kumar) racing on the rails.
 
Explanation of Jockey S. Saqlain (OLIVER'S MOUNT) that his mount was fractious while on the way to starting gates and also while being loaded and in the race he positioned his mount close 2nd as per the instructions in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Subsequent Veterinary examination of OLIVER’S MOUNT (S. Saqlain) revealed that though the colt was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer L D Silva was fined Rs.1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race

Explanation of Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (FLY TOTHE STARS) that his instructions were to sit off the pace and make his move only from the 300 mtrs which he tried to follow was noted for future reference.
