AUTUMN SHOWER (A Ayaz Khan) burst her blood vessel (EIPH) during the race. Trainer M. M. Uthaiah was asked to get his charge certified fit by the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting next with.

Trainer Fazal-Ul-Rehman was questioned regarding the poor performance of his charge STOLEN GLANCE (P.Sai Kumar) following a disappointing race. He explained that his instructions to the Jockey were to position the mare 3rd or 4th, do his best. After the race the Jockey reported that the mare never responded well when asked to acclerate and did not pick up the pace from the start.
 
When the Chief Stipendiary Steward enquired further, pointing out that the race distance had been the same as in her previous two runs, and noting that the same Jockey had ridden her in those races, the Trainer was unable to provide a clear explanation and reason for the poor performance.

The Trainer was, however advised to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

The Club's Veterinary Officer was asked to examine STOLEN GLANCE (P.Sai Kumar) who reported after the race that no abnormalities were found .Surprise sample was taken for analysis from STOLEN GLANCE. (P.Sai Kumar).

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner AUTHENTIC BELL (M.S.Deora).
