Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (TAALIYAH) in the presence of Trainer M F Ali Khan that his instructions were to go to front or sit close which he followed until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides in the final 100 mtrs inspite of his best efforts.  The Trainer while confirming the above added that his instructions to the Jockey were to go to front as his charge was hesitating to pass the runners in the previous races, was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
THINK OF GOD (A A Vikrant) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course distance behind. Trainer M F Ali Khan was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey R S Jodha (EXPONENT) that his mount did not show initial speed and gained ground in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
