At the start, GYPSY SOUL (Santosh G., dr.6) shifted in and went across REMY RED (T. S. Jodha) who clipped the former and stumble. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey Santosh G. has been fined Rs.2,000/-.
 
At the start, LION KING (Amyn Merchant, dr.2) jumped out awkwardly thereby unbalancing its rider.
 
From the 400 metres, ELOQUENT (App. N. Bhosale) drifted out and carried THE GENERAL (Bhawani Singh) outwards. App. N. Bhosale has been cautioned.
 
After the race, App. Haridas Gore (CREATIVE GIRL) reported that his mount was running green in the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
 
An objection was lodged by Jockey Bhawani Singh, the rider of THE GENERAL (Placed 3rd) by the Judge against Jockey C. Umesh., the rider of VINCERO (Placed 2nd) by the Judge. The reason stated was, In the last 200 metres, VINCERO drifted out alarmingly right across his horse due to which he had to completely check his horse which broke his stride after which he had covered ground and finished only ¾ of a length behind him. Further, Jockey C. Umesh had his whip on his right and did not take any corrective measures until it was too late.
 
After considering the submissions made by the Jockeys concerned, in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, having viewed the video recording of the race and acting on their own observation of the race, the Stewards upheld the objection and revised the order of placing as under:-
 
DIVINE STAR            -    FIRST;                    VINCERO                      -    THIRD;
 
THE GENERAL          -   SECOND;              MOONLIGHT KISS     -   FOURTH.
 
After the last race, the Stewards having heard the submissions made by Jockey C. Umesh noted that despite his mount shifting out he had persisted with the whip on the right and had not taken corrective measures, hence, held him guilty of careless riding and decided to suspend his Jockeys licence for 2 race days i.e. on 15th & 22nd December 2024 (permitted to ride work/mock race). Further, Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, before next accepting to race.
