Trainer L D Silva was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Explanation of Jockey Imran Chisty (WHISTLEDOWN) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L V R Deshmukh was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (AMERICAN AFFAIR) that his instructions were to sit close 5th, which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, was confirmed by Trainer M. Srininvas Reddy was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy was fined Rs.2000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.
 
Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (LAKE MICHIGAN) that his mount did not show any initial speed and gained ground in the straight only was not accepted the Jockey was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
