Racing Incidents

Jockey H M Akshay (CLASSICAL MUSIC) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 900 mtrs, in the process taking the ground of TOP IN CLASS (Mukesh Kumar) racing on the rails.

An objection lodged by Jockey Mukesh Kumar (TOP IN CLASS) placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey B R Kumar (CRIMSON ROSE) winner that" he took me wide when my horse was full of running in the straight even though his mount was drifting out, he was whipping from right side that took me further wide, that cost me a certain race" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placing remaining unaltered.

Jockey Mukesh Kumar was however fined by the Board of Stewards a sum of Rs.3000/- for lodging a frivolous objection.
