Racing Incidents

PATH OF PEACE (A. Ashhad Asbar) was examined at the gates and was observed to be trotting lame on left fore, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.

Jockey Santosh Raj N R (SHUBHRAK) was fined Rs.2000/- for shifting in 50 mtrs after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside resulting in, causing interference to FLASHING MEMORIES ( R S Jodha).

Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (COLT PISTOL) that his instructions were to sit close 2nd, but as his mount was keen and was unable to hold his mount and found himself in front and his mount lost footing at about the 1100 mtrs accidentally was noted.  The App. was however severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts to follow the given instructions in future.
