Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MANDARINO was reprimanded for shifting 'in' and tightening POSITANO (Akshay Kumar) on his inside passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey A. Sandesh, the rider of RANQUELINO was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing POSITANO (Akshay Kumar) on his outside passing the 500 Metres.

Jockey Akshay Kumar, the rider of POSITANO placed 3rd by the judge objected against Jockey L. Alex Rozario, the rider of MANDARINO placed 2nd for "In that passing the 600 meters the rider of MANDARINO cut across me sharply, whereby I had to check my mount, stop riding, which unbalanced me and I had to switched course which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Compulsory urine and blood samples were taken for analysis from the following I,II & III placed horses viz:
