Jockey A Prakash (IN PROPOSITO) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in under use of whip at about the 400 mtrs in the process causing inconvenience to OSKARS OFFICER ( Abhay Singh).

Explanation of Trainer D. Netto with regard to the improved performance of his charge FIRST LADY (Santosh Ran N R) winner of this race who finished off board in the previous race that his charge had a set back and ran in Race No. 16 after long gap and thereafter ran in Race No. 40 where she finished close 5th as compared to the present race where the filly has a handicap advantage of carrying 5 kgs less, which has helped her to easily go to front, set her own pace and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge based on the previous run and was available at longer odds, noted. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.

Veterinary examination of KNOTTY SENORITA (Gaurav Singh) revealed that though the filly was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer A Imran Khan was fined rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Veterinary examination of SPLENDOUR ON GRASS (App. Ajay Kumar) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound after the race but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V.R Prasad Raju was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for race.
