Explanation of Jockey H M Akshay (CLASSICAL MUSIC) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

Explanation Jockey Mukesh Kumar (IF YOU LIKE IT) that his instructions were to sit 3rd/4th which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides and dropped back in the final 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer Magan Singh Parmar while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer was noted for future reference.

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Jockey Deepak Singh (SUCKER PUNCH) was cautioned for shifting out under use of the whip in the final 200 mtrs for no apparent reason.
