RUMOUR LADY (Akash Agarwal) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of AARADHANA accidentally lost his whip in the final 100 Metres of the race. 

At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the race, in particular reference to the severe interference caused by Jockey Ankit Pal, the rider of STREET SENSE to the horses on his inside viz. CELERIO (Ajeet Kumar), KALASHNIKOV (M Rajesh Kumar), AARADHANA (Salman Khan) and MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai), before passing the red marker post. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and viewed the start of the race and examined the Jockeys concerned i.e., Ankit Pal, Ajeet Kumar, M Rajesh Kumar, Salman Khan and P Kiran Rai. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations and detailed discussions, acting on their own observations of the race, the Stewards decided to disqualify STREET SENSE (Ankit pal) from the above race and revised the order of placings as under:

II    AARADHANA 
III    FASHIONISTA 
IV    JUST BLUES 
V    MICHELLE PRIDE

It was reported after the race that RUMOUR LADY (Akash Agarwal) apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race. 

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Ankit Pal, the rider of STREET SENSE to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 340 for Dangerous riding, breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing, in that, as the rider of STREET SENSE “he came in dangerously and caused very severe interference to the horses on his inside viz. CELERIO (Ajeet Kumar), KALASHNIKOV (M Rajesh Kumar), AARADHANA (Salman Khan) amd MICHELLE PRIDE (P Kiran Rai) as such Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of AARADHANA and Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of MICHELLE PRIDE were momentarily unbalance and almost thrown off their saddle before passing the red marker post”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last race and examined Jockey Ankit Pal and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided as follows;

a)    To suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey Ankit Pal for four Race days i.e., 8-1-2025, 15-1-2025, 22-1-2025 and 29-1-2025, respectively, for “Dangerous Riding” [breach of Rule No.161 (i) of the MyRC Rules of Racing] on his mount STREET SENSE, in the above race;

b)    Jockey Ankit Pal was informed that he was permitted to ride work and was also informed of his right to appeal.
