Racing Incidents

REGAL COMMAND (Bhawani Singh, dr.4) threw its head up as the start was effected thereby losing about four lengths at the start. After the race, Jockey Bhawani Singh reported that the handler held on to the ear of the gelding even after the gates had opened. Having seen the video recording from various angles, the necessary action has been taken against the handler.
 
At the start ARKADIAN (P. Trevor, dr.2) jumped outwards and made contact with ALPINE STAR (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.3).
 
The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of ARKADIAN (P. Trevor) and a report will be submitted shortly.
 
After the race, ARKADIAN was trotted and found to be sound.
