It was observed that Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal, the rider of ULTIMATE STRIKER had lost his stirrups approaching 1000 meters which he regained passing the 700 meters.
Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal, the rider of ULTIMATE STRIKER was fined Rs.3,000/- for shifting out and taking out ELVEDEN (S. Hussain), which in turn passed it onto AMAZING STRIDE (Mukesh Kumar (Hyd)) on his outside approaching 600 Metres.

Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of PRICELESS PRINCE was reprimanded for shifting out and inconveniencing ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) on his outside approaching 475 Metres.

An enquiry was held on 05th January, 2025 by the Stipendiary Stewards into the interference caused by Jockey S.Hussain, the rider of ELVEDEN in the above race. “In that he shifted “in” and caused severe interference to ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) on his inside passing the 450 Metres, whereby Jockey Anish Anamo Hangal was dislodged from his mount”.

Jockey S.Hussain was interviewed by the Stipendiary Stewards. The Stipendiary Stewards after considering the submissions made by Jockey S.Hussain and after viewing the CCTV decided to charge Jockey S.Hussain for Dangerous Riding.

The Stipendiary Stewards thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey S.Hussain for four (4) race days of BWM 2024-25 i.e., 18/01/2025, 25/01/2025, 26/01/2025 & 31/01/2025 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Dangerous Riding on his mount ELVEDEN (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.

DIVINE PROTECTOR (Angad) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination, it was found to have burst its blood vessels (on Endoscopy Grade - IV). Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

ULTIMATE STRIKER (Anish Anamo Hangal) was examined by the Club's Veterinary Officer immediately after the race and was found to have sustained an irreparable fracture of left shoulder (scapula). Hence, it was euthanized.

An enquiry is being held into the improved performance of TRUE PUNCH, trained by Mr. M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by Jockey Gaurav Singh in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 57, The Tetrarch Plate - (About) 1100 metres. Horses rated 20 to 45, run on 13th December, 2024 wherein it ran unplaced.
 
An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of DIVINE PROTECTOR, trained by Mr.Warren Singh and ridden by Jockey Angad in the above race.
Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b g DIVINE PROTECTOR. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b g TRUE PUNCH.
