As Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the declared rider of DIVINE RAY was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 5th race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ruben P to withdraw DIVINE RAY from the above race.

INDIAN PATRIOT (Akash Agarwal) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

WHAT IS THIS (M Rajesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. examination but due to its highly fractious behaviour the mouth could not be examined. Trainer Mr. Ashwin S Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Aditya K was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge INDIAN PATRIOT in the above race (1st Infringement).

It was reported after the race that SOUND OF CANNON'S (H Rahul) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
