Consequent to App. Ajay Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted jockey P. Sai Kumar to be substituted on TALKING STICK.

ANAHITA (Santosh Raj N R) jumped out slowly losing about 4 or 5 lengths, SSC revoked.

Two objections lodged by Jockey G. Naresh (BALAHAKA) placed 4th by the Judge against the Jockeys Md. Ismail (RANI RUCKUS) placed 2nd and Gaurav Singh (SILVER ARROW) placed 3rd by the judge that " my mount was crowded by the above two runners on either side while entering the straight thereby I had to check my mount for couple of strides and again Jockey Gaurav Singh without changing his whip drifted out at about the 200 mtrs and took my ground whereby I had to stop my riding that cost me a certain 2nd place" was overruled by the Stewards and the Judges placing remaining unaltered.

The Jockey Gaurav Singh was however, fined a sum of Rs.2000/- for shifting out, at about the 350 mtrs in the process taking the ground of BALAHAKA (G. Naresh).

Jockey Mohit Singh (EXCLUSIVE SPARK) was fined Rs.5,000/- for excessive and improper use of the whip.

Veterinary examination of TAALIYAH (Mukesh Kumar) revealed that through the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer M F Ali Khan was fined Rs. 1000/- for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Explanation of Trainer Jasbir Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge EXCLUSIVE SPARK ( Mohit Singh) winner of the race, who finished off board in the previous race that his charge in previous race ran with a tougher bunch in higher Class  as compared to this race where the set being weaker and a full Jockey in the saddle was added advantage to this charge and just managed to win the race.  The Trainer further added that he has fancied his charge based on the previous run in this category, noted.  The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
