EMPYRIAN (A Ayaz Khan) was extremely fractious and refused to go towards the Starting Gates. Under the circumstance it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter's Orders.
 
DARK CHOCOLATE (Akash Agarwal) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. Jockey S Imran, the rider of D ROMANCE was fined Rs.2,000/- for coming in sharply and causing interference to MIGHTY PRINCE (Prabhu Kumar M) on his inside which inturn passed it onto COOL WINTER (Anil Baandal) along the rails before passing the red marker post.
 
It was observed that KALASHNIKOV (M Rajesh Kumar) drifted out alarmingly after passing the 900 Metres and ran wide thereafter. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of NIMBLE SPIRIT reported that he accidentally lost his whip in the final 50 Metres of the race. 

It was reported after the race that MIGHTY PRINCE (Prabhu Kumar M) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses R was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of GENTLEMAN'S WORD, trained by Mr. Santosh Rao S and ridden by P Sai Kumar the winner of the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 51 of the Mysore Winter Races 2024-25, i.e The Nelamangala Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25 run on Eight Day, Friday, 3rd January, 2025 when ridden by Jockey Ajeet Kumar it ran unplaced. 

NIMBLE SPIRIT (Afsar Khan) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
